It can also be used to assist you to overcome emotional and psychological difficulties and learn a repertoire of constructive ways to deal with life’s challenges. It’s a space where you can get support for difficult life transitions or concerns within careers, relationships or family life.

I am honoured and privileged to walk along with clients as they undertake this rewarding and challenging process of self-discovery. I combine an experienced clinical approach with a caring and safe environment. I welcome clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, relationship status and family situation are never barriers to working with me. I have been told that because of my open spirit and kind, gentle nature, clients trust that I can help without judgment. Accompanying clients on their personal journeys and hearing their life stories is an honour and a privilege. Knowing that you have been heard and understood is often a first significant step towards change. To provide the best service possible for my client, I am committed to ongoing professional development and life-long learning.

In my counselling practice, I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach in which I combine elements of several treatment methods to address your presenting concerns. In particular, we will work to access and honour your own inner resources and resiliencies in addition to adding to your current understandings and skillset. By using this creative and integrated approach to therapy, I am able to tailor my treatment approach to best suit your needs. I also focus on connecting with you as an individual and building a strong therapeutic relationship based on respect and collaboration.

Professional Fees & Forms
Professional fees for individual and couples counselling are $200 per 50 minute session.
For longer sessions, fees are charged on an incremental basis.
Fee & Payment
This pricing conforms to the fee schedule recommended by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. You will be issued a receipt at the time of payment.

Goals of Counselling Form
Developing counselling goals and regular reviewing and refining these goals are an important part of the counseling process. Please take the time to consider your hopes and what you would like to achieve.
